For those posters afraid to show their love for the Hoff, try listening to Night Rocker, it's a great starting point and was the first album he released.

David Hasselhoff asks for recognition for singing a song. He lacks in humility so greatly, that he publicly stated he was upset there was no picture of him in the Berlin Museum at Checkpoint Charlie. He sang a song, some people die saving a person’s life or adopt a child dying of aids and he wants recognition for lyrics in a song. It is sad that people lack the grasp of what a true hero is, and overflow and ego that has been immensely self-filled.

There are people in this world who save the lives of women, children, and men. Some may ask themselves, what entails heroism. I think those who possess humility are under appreciated. Some people save someone's life or perform another type of heroic act and request to remain anonymous. They give selflessly in a time of need asking for nothing in return. For they have within them the peace of mind knowing that someone has a better chance now in life, and that is enough to make them proud.

Hoff was not the only musician that performed at the Berlin wall. The following bands also performed: Leonard Bernstein ,Roger Waters performed Pink Floyd, The Wall album, Scorpions, Bryan Adams, and Van Morrison. The bands did not have influence on the wall being torn down, it was only a celabratory action.

The costs of maintaining the so-called "Soviet empire" – the military arms, while struggling to keep up with Ronald Regan’s expansion of our military forces further strained their stagnating economy. Thus the twin burdens of the Cold War arms race on one hand, and the provision of large sums of foreign and military aid, lead to their demise. In no form or fashion was David Hasselhoff’s ideals or creativity as a so called artist utilized as a tool to topple the Soviet regime.

Is that the best you can do? For some reason I keep hearing the sound of a broken record playing.
